Our warehouse is open on business days and fulfills your order within a few hours from placement.

Shipping Speed
Shipping speed is dependent on your choice during checkout. Tracking is sent once the order is fulfilled. Our warehouse is located in California. Orders placed closer to California are received quicker than orders placed further from California.

Signature Required (optional)
We are not Amazon or Nordstrom, we cannot offer full refunds for packages tracked as delivered. Requesting refunds for orders tracked as delivered harms our business. We offer the option for signature required for those customers that have less secure mailboxes. By clicking to agree to our signature required terms and conditions during checkout, you agree that you are aware of our provided option to pay for signature required delivery during checkout Signature required covers 100% of any liabilities to your order, fulfillment and shipment. If you do not chose signature required during checkout, you agree to accept full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after your order is fulfilled and tracking has been sent; including but not limited to: claims of delivery to incorrect address, missing package or no delivery. If you do not opt for signature required during checkout, we will not initial refunds or new orders for a package that track as "delivered" but you claim is lost or not received.

We do not provide free international shipping. Our warehouse in located in California. Different shipping rate for international customers are automatically shown during checkout.
