YOU HAVE ONE HOUR FROM SUBMISSION OF YOUR ORDER TO CANCEL OR CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS WITHOUT ANY CHARGES.
WE PROVIDE TRACKING FOR ALL ORDERS.
WE ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS
Returns due to sizing, change of mind and other similar circumstances
Please be 100% sure with your order. We provide size charts for almost all our items. All our sizing is standard. Refunds and exchanges are decided on a case by case basis. Please keep in mind we are a small merchandising company, returns are expensive for us to process. Visit our returns portal website http://gryffinmerch.returnscenter.com to initiate a return or exchange. Once we receive the return, we will inspect it to make sure it was not worn. If we approve a return, a $5 restocking fee is deducted from the refund.
Returns due to damage, product errors or other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will help evaluate the issue and make it right. If something is seriously wrong with your order, you may contact us at orders@gryffinofficial.com.
Refund requests due to "package not received"
We offer the option for signature required for those customers that have less secure mailboxes. By clicking to agree to our signature required terms and conditions during checkout, you agree that you are aware of our provided option to pay for signature required delivery during checkout. Signature required covers 100% of any liabilities to your order, fulfillment and shipment. If you do not chose signature required during checkout, you agree to accept full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after your order is fulfilled and tracking has been sent; including but not limited to: claims of delivery to incorrect address, missing package or no delivery. If you do not opt for signature required during checkout, we will not initial refunds or new orders for a package that track as "delivered" but you claim is lost or not received.
International Orders (orders outside of the United States)
Refunds and returns are extremely costly for orders placed outside of the United States. If you have an international shipping address, we highly recommend you place the order without returns/ refunds in mind.
